There is a much better way to put your heart and head into alignment for the new year than by committing to yet another new year resolution.

Here are two things that you can do today that will build your momentum for the new year:

1. Wrap Up 2013 in Positivity.  Write down all the awesome things you did…from the race you ran, to the company or relationships you built, to the money you donated.  Celebrate all of the goodness that came out of 2013.

2. List Your 2014 Accomplishments.  Write down five or six things that you would really love to accomplish in 2014.  Seal this list in an envelope and tuck it away in a safe place to enjoy this time next year.  This list will support you as you set your daily, weekly, and monthly goals throughout the year.

Momentum is not a short term resolution.  Set your sights at the end of next year and then watch how those year-end intentions support you throughout 2014.

Post below what you love about this Monday’s edition and what you are going to do about it.

Have an amazing start to your year!
