[Melissa Ramos | PWN]
This past weekend, Arik and I took a little weekend trip to the little town of Bayfield in Bluewater Ontario. (If you haven’t gone, you should. It’s beyond adorable). But I’ll be honest with you besides visiting my friend’s juice bar, Elephant Juice, I’m a bit of a creature of habit and routine.
So I actually brought my Nutribullet with me so that I could make something super quick in the morning when I get up at the crazy early time that I’m used to rising at and when nothing is open except for road-side Frankenfood.
(Arik thinks I’m crazy, but I’m a planner, so I plan ma’ shit out)
One of the things I made was my Creamy Cherry Hemp Milk that I know you’re absolutely going to fall in love with. It’s a great alternative if you’re the type that has been consuming boxed almond milk like water and looking to shake things up with something that’s WAY more nutritious. And I used hemp hearts from a brand new company that I want to tell you all about because they have an incredible line of hemp products coming out that is pretty damn impressive.
(I mean Hemp Wood furniture polish? Hellooooooooo!)
So if you’re ready to get the recipe and whole boat of goodness more, then dive in now.
- 1 cup filtered water
- ½ cup soaked cashews
- ¼ cup frozen cherries
- 1” fresh ginger, peeled
- 3 tbsp Mettrum Originals Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
- 3 drops stevia
- Blend together and enjoy.
