The TV presenter was back in front of the camera working on Best Walks six months after delivering twins Xanthe and Zena and trekked a gruelling 25,000 steps during one of her shifts.

She’d already bolstered her fitness by taking up pole classes and even installed a pole in her West London home so that she could practice round the clock.

However, it was her day job that really helped get back to her best as her latest shoot for Fit & Well magazine shows.

The 46-year-old looks stunning in her vibrant sportswear, combining a pink crop top and skintight purple leggings to show off her taut abs.

Speaking to the publication, she said: “I was back filming Best Walks six months after having the girls. I would have liked longer off, but it was already being planned out.
