When it comes to breaking a sweat, Kate Hudson is a total pro. Not only did she co-found her very own activewear line, Fabletics, but if her Instagram feed is any indication, the actress also regularly squeezes workouts into her busy schedule.
As the new year kicked off last week, Hudson resolved to share her first ten days of diving back into regular exercise after a holiday break with a “Ten Days Of Getting Back On Track” challenge. Since then, Hudson has shared daily updates as she sets aside time for activities like cycling, hiking with her dog Cody and buddy Nicole Richie, and personal training sessions.
