A mother of two has quit her job to become a professional pole dancer – at the age of 60.

Business consultant Soozie Campbell decided to take classes after seeing women pole dancing during a family holiday with her grown-up daughters in Thailand in 2015.

Now she is training to be a pole dancing instructor herself and is even opening her own ‘retreat’ in the South of France where she will teach the activity to others. 

Mrs Campbell from Hove, near Brighton, Sussex said: ‘I don’t feel any different at this age, even if my body is a bit slower than it was.

‘Since I started pole dancing I feel healthier, stronger and fitter. It’s a fantastic sport, for anybody.’
