“Our goal at Pole Expo is to share our passion for pole dancing as a movement that is rewarding both physically and emotionally,”
Pole dancing classes have caught on in cities across the country, and those intrigued by the fitness craze will have an opportunity to see the slides, bends and twists live and in action when the industry’s largest expo returns to Las Vegas.
The Pole Expo is holding its fifth installment at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino from Sept. 7 to 11.
The event is the brainchild of Fawnia Mondey, who has taught pole dancing for 20 years and runs Pole Fitness Studio in Las Vegas. The expo brings in over 2,000 attendees from 50 countries, demonstrating the art, fitness, athleticism and competitive nature of the growing sport.
“Our goal at Pole Expo is to share our passion for pole dancing as a movement that is rewarding both physically and emotionally,” Mondey said in a press release announcing the expo. “Pole Expo offers something for everyone, whether they are interested in pole dancing as a form of art, expression and empowerment, pole fitness as a way of improving physical health, or pole sport to challenge their minds and bodies acrobatically.”
