Anyone with a busy family knows how hard it can be to bring everyone together for mealtime. One of our viewers, Kristine, knows this all too well. Shortly after the birth of her daughter, Kristine found out she was sensitive to dairy.

Now, she’s faced with a familiar dilemma: how to cook a meal that fits her husband and two children’s appetites, as well as her food sensitivity.
