Takes Career to New Heights
With Aeriform Arts,
An Aerial Yoga and Pole Dance Studio
North Hollywood, CA – Television executive Lea Walker holds an expansive dream for her Aeriform Arts Studio. Born from her desire to find refuge from the busy demands of her work in the entertainment field, Walker’s Aeriform Arts Studio is an oasis of dance and fitness offerings that take working out to new heights. From pole, to aerial yoga, to lyra, to hammock and silks, the studio is a virtual playing field for airborne conditioning adventure.
Having celebrated her first year anniversary, Walker has elevated the vision for her studio with the announcement of a totally co-ed curriculum. Men can now workout right alongside the women and take their exercise agendas to new altitudes. The beautiful mirrored space, which houses ten aerial yoga hammocks, a lyra, hanging silks and five brass dance poles is truly a playground for all now!
To highlight the new agenda at Aeriform Arts, Walker has bought on pole champion, Josiah “Bad Azz” Grant to conduct specialized pole classes; aerial artist Antonio Martinez, a SAG/AFTRA performer/choreographer, teaching a 4-week Performance Silk Beginner Series; Judy Chuang teaching a 6-week Advance Beginner Pole Series; new aerial hammock classed taught by Leigh Acosta and Amber Porter; and the special Nail It Deep Series, taught by Niki Saccareccia and Jennifer Netherby consisting of Feet & Balance, Back Bends, Hand Stands and Splits workshops.
“There is something about hanging out, upside down and in mid-air that is just so liberating,” adds Walker. “You really forget about the rest of the world and tune into a deep sense of the present moment and self. And it is truly a feat that anyone and everyone can conquer. I was suffering from back pain and health issues so I am a living testimony. I really just want to share this sense of freedom with everyone I can. Aeriform Arts is a safe haven where you can learn to let go and let your spirit fly !”
Aeriform Arts regularly houses a distinct roster of some of Los Angeles’ best fitness instructors including Veronika, specializing in pole; Kristina Serna for BUTI ™, plus Roseanne Nemhauser and Victoria Platt for aerial yoga.
Aeriform Arts is open daily and is located at 5625 Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood, CA. Soar with Aeriform Arts at http://aeriformarts.com/ or by calling 818-980-AERI (2374).
